MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SPOT AT CHECK-IN:
1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

4) DEPOSIT. € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 - check-out 9:00 to 10.00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure for the release of the KEY BOX code for the collection of the key. 2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

7) LINEN: bathroom linen rental € 10.00 per set (one set includes shower towel, face towel and guest towel); extra bed linen € 20.00 for double set, € 10.00 for single set.
8) TRANSFER: apt/pt Olbia €85.00 for car 1/3 pax; € 115.00 for car 4/8 pax. From 22:00 to 06:00 hours 30% surcharge. Golfo Aranci port supplement €30.00 per car.
9) ANIMALS ( to be reported when booking ): allowed ( max25 kg ) excluding common areas, €40.00 for additional cleaning, per animal Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 15th of October 2025
