This is very specious two level house perfect for a family or friends getaway with smart lock for an easy access and gated parking. Make your self at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, pepper and even ground coffee, sugar and cream, bath towels, beach towels, bathroom amenities, board games and much more. Relaxation abounds!
The master bedroom features extremely comfortable king size bed with easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed. Has a wide sliding glass door to access the balcony and it is professionally painted to minimum details with light orange and green walls, features an incredible dome with a red tray ceiling design and green corner crown molding.
The second bedroom has a comfy king size bed, beautiful green walls, wood ceiling, corner crown molding decoration and easy access to the master bathroom.
The third bedroom is nicely furnished with two full size bed, well painted and has sliding glass door to access the balcony and is right next to the hall bathroom.
Last bedroom is located on ground level with a king size bed, across from the bed there is a huge armoire with drawers and has a private full bathroom with a jacuzzi surrounded with luxury red marble.
The dining room has a beautiful granite table and chairs set to seat ten people.
The kitchen has nice wood cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops and matching granite back splash with built in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. You will find all the dinnerware, serving ware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper, ground coffee and even chef service if needed (extra cost) to make your stay very pleasant.
The house has three living rooms: First-one is located upstairs with a sofa bed, second-one is downstairs right next to the dining area nicely furnished and decorated and the last living room is also located downstairs next to the bedroom with a beautiful large chaise lounge sofa and a 50 smart tv with Netflix streaming and a Nintendo Wii console for kinds entertainment.
Also, the house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, beach chairs, beach towels, BBQ grill, ice cooler and a wagon to carry things to the public beach.
