Summary: My wife and I had a comfortable night; the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was also clean. But when my wife wanted to enter the password for the Wi-Fi, she had difficulties, so I went to see the receptionist. I found him at the back behind a counter, either reading a book or on his phone, and I asked him for help. After two attempts, the password didn't work, and on the third attempt, he spoke to me in an authoritative tone, and his face changed color. He was not patient, and I did not like his behavior.
