Summary: My overall rating of this place is more than great! This place was convenient to many places. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was very responsive. The patking here was great. I believe we could have gotten at least 5 cars behind each other in the driveway, if we had to. We didn't have to pay for parking while at this rental like we would have had to if we would have stayed in a hotel downtown. Some of our planned events were at the hotel and we had to meet family at the hotels, which required us to pay for parking for those events any way though. The kitchen was stocked with many things for use for cooking. The yard and front porch were nice but it was too hot to enjoy them. The place was comfortable with a "like home" feeling... just like the pictures on the ad. The water was SUPER hot so we had to make sure to regulate it appropriately. There were three tvs so we didn't have to watch the same thing on tv if we chose not to. There were three of us so the two restrooms was nice for us. I'm not quite sure how to feel about the next door neighbor's camera that said "hi, you are being recorded" every time we went outside...front and back yard. The front door access was by code. I believe this host forgot to mention to us that there was a key to get in and out of the back door. I just happened to find it while checking the place out. Not a really big deal though. It was sort of strange that a train stays parked across the road that gps trys to navigate us across.
