Our home small yet full of natural light and has a beautiful back entertaining deck. Perfect for families who want a bit of outdoor space to relax after a busy day touring Melbourne's many wonderful sites.

The generously sized kitchen has all the necessary appliances and gadgets. The long bench has bi-fold windows that open out to the outdoor meal area/deck.
The other side of this open-plan room is the lounge/living area. Furnished with a 3-seater couch and two armchairs. Large TV with DVD Player.
The combined area isn't huge, although the open-plan layout doesn't feel cramped. This space adjoins the back entertaining decks, one outdoor dining deck and the lounging upper deck.
Master Bedroom: 3.8x4.2m with two built-in robes and a queen-sized bed.
2nd Bedroom: 3.4x4.2m with one built-in robe and a double-sized bed.
3rd Bedroom: Double bed, large window that looks over the garden.
Our backyard is accessed by stairs (we're on a hill), and the grassed garden is surrounded by large mature trees on one side and a solar-heated pool on the other.
Our swimming pool is 5 x 3m, it is a freshwater pool, not chlorinated, the water is treated by copper ions. There is a glass safety fence in place.
The designer bathroom has a deep soaking bath with bi-fold windows that open out to a leafy courtyard. The generously sized shower space has a door that opens out to the deck.
