Positive: Everything. Excellent customer service. Helpful and polite. The room view is simply beautiful. Walking distance to the Meydan/square. Quiet and peaceful.

Negative: Its winter and the room is super cold. Would be nice to have a heater provided. We didn't even turn on the aircon throughout our stay.
