Positive: plenty of space and good location
Negative: 1 garbage bag for 5 people for several days, no bowls (at all big or small) or basic things to cook with, dirty underwear in upstairs closet from prior guests, kitchen shades were filthy, no working fan or ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom, check out was early at 10 and wanted a small list of check out tasks completed prior. We all decided for the cost we'd stay in a hotel because we had to buy so much to cook (was suggested we buy more garbage bags) on small soap in the bathrooms...at least at a hotel we could have a free breakfast
