Summary: This renovation is not complete. It is definitely a work in progress. I understand what the owner is hoping to accomplish, but the present condition of the property did not align with the listing. Soiled carpets (obvious pet stains in primary bedroom), holes in sheetrock, wobbly stair banister, non-functioning shower in 3rd bathroom, spa patio area was generally overlooked, kitchen contents not adequate. The remote owner was very attentive upon check-in to address missing items. The local person he sent over was wonderful. However, after check-out I attemped to communicate my concerns with him 2x. Ignored both times. The location, Ironwood CC community, is wonderful;. We stay at Ironwood frequently, multiple times per year. But, I will not be interested in rebooking this property. While adequate, it was a disappointment for what we paid.
