Secluded and peaceful 1.7 acre waterfront property, nestled in nature, features ocean facing yard, sand firepit with Adirondack chairs, 3 porch areas (one screened), professional grade putting green, trampoline, oversized chess board, basketball court, outdoor whiskey-barrel bar, outdoor kitchen and picnic area, outdoor TV and sound system, outdoor shower, 2 frisbee golf holes, stocked pond, stunning nature views (and nature lighting) and wildlife, and fruit bearing citrus trees (in season). Perfect for family (or group) getaways.
The house features a game room that has it all: pool table, poker table, ping pong, 3 arcade games, karaoke machine, dartboard, 2 TVs, popcorn maker, and more.
