The space
Completely renovated, top to bottom in 2016, in historic 1910 four-plex apartment in Southmoreland neighborhood, just two blocks from the Nelson -Atkins, KCAI and Kemper. Walking distance to Westport, The Plaza and UMKC. One bedroom has a king bed and smart TV, second bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress.
Smart TV in the living room with network and Netflix. Kitchen has new gas range and dishwasher. Front porch with swing and deck off back with fenced yard. Goggle fiber high speed Internet, UBS ports throughout and keyless entry. We have all the cool stuff near all the cool people. Pets are accepted with approval and fee if their owners are well behaved. First floor of the two story building. Noise possible.
Guest access
You'll have access to a fenced yard and covered front and back porch. So plenty of space to move around. Pet fee $10 per night per pet(discount for extended stay). Well behaved pet owners are allowed Please kennel your animal while you are away. One can be provided if you let us know you need one in the unit.
There is an iron and board to get ready for the big meeting or event. A pack'nplay is available. Please bring your own sheets for baby.
