ABOUT THE HOME: Ivory Key is an elegant home located in the Lakeside neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach. It's in a peaceful setting close to restaurants, and a short half mile walk past the local ice cream shop to the beautiful white sand beach. This home has everything you could hope for and more. The open concept living, dining and kitchen are the perfect place to enjoy family meals. Leisurely lounge on the screened porch with a cup of coffee or enjoy a quaint outdoor dinner with a beautiful view. Ivory Key is a great home for multi-generational families and can comfortably sleep 9. There are two king primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One is located on the main floor and one on the second floor with two additional bedrooms upstairs.

• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
