This is an upper level condo and once on the main floor you will find a nice size bedroom with a large deck to enjoy reading in the sun or sitting and visiting with friends. The main bathroom is located on this level along with the washer and dryer. The well equipped kitchen with cooking ware, dishes, glasses utensils and more. Next is the living area with a wood burning fireplace, large TV with cable and another slightly smaller deck all that offer a spectacular view. Upstairs there is a second bedroom and a half bath. This bedroom has an opening which allows you to see down into the living area and the view. While at Jacobs you can enjoy the indoor heated pool, soaking hot tub, a small lounge and kitchen area available for rental should you want to host a birthday party, ladies crafting or simply sit and enjoy.
