Positive: The building and the apartment were recently reenovated and in good condition. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location is convenient to two Metro stations and daily shopping as well a mall. It was easy and fast to get to downtown DC and to Alexandria.
Negative: The apartment needs a paint job and the couch was disgusting. The bedrooms need thicker shades. Given the location on the back of the building, there was a lot of noise from the two highways and the airport.
Summary: Nice apartment in a convient location.
