This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac is a short hop to the bunny ski lift! Newly renovated in Jan 2022, you will enjoy all new kitchen cabinets, appliances, countertops, flooring, vanities, toilets, & furniture. 2 living rooms, 2 TVs & extra amenities to make you feel at home. 2 parking spots in front of the condo, a ski locker & access to Jiminy's resort facilities(restaurants, pools, equipment rental, gym, ski shop) but removed from the busy crowds and noisy snow making machines. We're surrounded by trees making for beautiful scenery when covered in snow. Relax on the deck or by the fireplace with Netflix, Prime, etc. This is THE PLACE to come back to year-round!
This spacious condo is the closest unit to the bunny lift (3 min walk)and the Doc Maynard pool in Hemlock Village. 2 bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. A mudroom, full bath, kitchen, living room and large deck are on the main floor. A bedroom, living room, full bath, workspace desk, laundry room and lower deck are on the bottom floor. There's a place for everyone in the family to enjoy.
Guests will have access to the entire unit except for 2 locked owners' closets and small cabinets.

The heated pool, hot tub, gym, Coffee House, and John Harvard's restaurants are located in the Country Inn building on the other side of the base of the mountain (about a 2 min drive).
The Country Store, next to Jiminy's main parking lot, has great soups, sandwiches and selection of beer, wine, snacks and necessities.
This unit is a 90 second walk to our other beautiful condo which is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit called "Mountainside Condo @ Jiminy Peak". Guests often book both to accommodate family members visiting for special occasions such as weddings, graduation ceremonies, concerts and reunions.
The condo is just a short drive to Williams college, Mass MOCA, Mt Greylock, Pittsfield, Tanglewood, nearby lakes, local farms, breweries, horseback riding and much more. Guests can ski nearby at Bosquet, Butternut, Catamount, Bromley, Mt. Snow and Stratton within 30 to 90 min.
For golfers, our condo is a short drive from Waubeeka Golf Links and several other courses in the area as well.
