Beautiful views of the pond, with abundant wildlife, peeks of Lake Erie and the marina from this upstairs unit. 30 foot boat slip available with your rental. Master bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has two twins. All linens, glassware, dishes, pots and pans are here for your use. Two full bathrooms. Located close to birding, fishing and boating activity. Near Camp Perry and Davis-Besse. Washer and dryer, wall unit a/c units and dishwasher. Our development has a heated pool that is open Memorial to Labor Day. Tennis court is also on property, bring your own equipment. Pull out sofa means there is room to sleep six.
As of April 2022 we will be offering Jo's Hideaway in the same building as this condo. You can choose to rent both units at the same time and have the whole building with three carport areas exclusive to your group. Summary: My boyfriend and I rented Jo's Hideaway for ourselves and Jo's Escape for his children and friends. We've stayed at various places throughout Green Cove and this was by far the best vacation I've ever had. The condo's were perfect, clean, cozy and well stocked. The boat dock isn't a far walk and was great for our 19' bayliner. The host is friendly, quick to respond and just wonderful to work with.
