Summary: Overall, not too bad. At least in my experience, the guy in charge did the best he could. Good news first. The property did have a pool, washer, dryer and a cool space behind. Your own rooms are protected with door codes that are given to you by the owner to make sure nothing will be stolen. He also came over to ask me if I needed anything. Now the bad news. Unfortunately, the room I was in was infested with insects. The common area also had a lot of bugs in there. There were dead bugs floating on the pool. Overall, not too bad. I wish the place was cleaner. One more thing. You may have to share the common area with a roommate.
