This holiday villa has been newly renovated to become our feature property in Jomtien. Using our 12 years of experience in vacation rentals, every detail has been considered to create the ultimate getaway.
The 7-bedroom villa sits in a secure, quiet development just 1 km from Jomtien Beach. The surroundings are fresh and green, with garden and jungle views in all directions.
Entering through a fingertip-touch gate with private parking, you first will be wowed by the pool terrace. The pool is quite large at 38 sqm, with wide circular steps and in-pool Jacuzzi seating. The garden and pool features custom lighting and design for a real wow factor the pool even changes color at nighttime. The pools wide water feature can be admired from both the BBQ area, with built-in granite counters, and from the massive outdoor seating area with custom benches, cushions, and high-powered fans.
The open plan living area is no less impressive. At its center sits the lounge, with extravagant sofas that accommodate all guests and an enormous satellite LCD TV with state-of-the-art sound system. Through the windows, you can admire the side garden and the Lanna-Thai bas-relief that were the inspiration for this 7 bedroom villa.
The dining and kitchen areas are stunning, with a 14-seat formal dining table with grey granite top and custom-made dining chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar.
Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Area
This 7 bedroom villa is located in a fully secure estate just 1000m from the Beach, and there its surrounded by green views. It is located only 250m from Sukhumvit Road (and easy-to-find transit options) and very close to Underwater World, Pattaya Floating Market, and many of the Jomtien, Pattaya, and Na Jomtien attractions.
Jomtien is very popular with families and groups seeking a laidback holiday experience. There are plenty of international and Thai restaurants to please all tastes, and Jomtien Beachs low-key nightlife and great seafood restaurants are an easy drive.

There are seven bedrooms in total. All bedrooms have handcrafted, king-sized teak beds from Chiang Mai, sophisticated color-mapped decor, cable TV and ensuite bathrooms. The three bedrooms on the ground level are wheelchair accessible and have wall-garden views. The master family suite is upstairs and, in addition to the king-sized bed, has a sofa bed that can sleep two children. The master and one other bedroom share a balcony with seating that looks over the pool and surrounding greenery. The other two upstairs bedrooms have jungle views.
Baths
All seven bathrooms have hot running water in all taps, sinks, toilets, and glass-enclosed rain showers and hand showers. One of the ensuite bathrooms on the first level has dual entry for access from the lounge. There is also an outdoor shower poolside.
Kitchen
The compact kitchen features black granite countertops with teak wood cabinetry above and below, and a white marble breakfast bar for contrast. Appliances include an enormous fridge/freezer, hob, oven, extractor fan, kettle, and toaster. The luxury continues outside with a granite-top counter servicing the built-in BBQ. On the side patio, there is a small utility area with sink and washing machine.
Living Rooms
The lounge features an impressive seating area and an equally impressive entertainment system. The black leather sofas are arranged in a U-shape, perfect for conversation and enjoying the massive, 58 satellite TV with surround sound. Youll never have to miss a game while on holiday. And the care taken with sound- and weather-proofing all bedrooms means that early birds can sleep peacefully. One corner of the lounge is a study, with display shelving and desk areas with LAN internet to supplement the Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
Dining Room
The dining area is simply stunning, with a massive grey and salmon-streaked granite top and room for 14 people. The upholstered dining chairs have been specially designed to coordinate with the granite streaks, and the fully customized crystal chandelier completes the package.
