Summary: I highly recommend staying in this condo. Playa flamingo is a great town and not as busy as places like Tamarindo. This condo is fantastic and was perfect for our family with two teenagers. The condo is beautiful with a stunning view and has all of the amenities that you could possibly need. As a mom, I appreciated the full-size washer and dryer, which is sometimes difficult to find outside of the US in rentals. This unit is also spotless with many nice touches to make guests feel welcome. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck as well as the beach in front of the condo, which is basically steps away. With the many amenities (gym, two pools, kayaks, paddle boards, etc), delivery food via concierge and the pool bar, it feels like staying in a hotel, but you have so much more space in the condo to stay comfortably with a family. Also, the Palms complex is not very big —maybe 30 to 40 units so it’s not crowded and the beach in front of the condo was basically empty except for a few people.The Concierge at the Palms will handle all dinner and activity reservations and are very responsive. Again, highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo.
