The master suite on the main floor is complete with a large bedroom, full bathroom with a TV, and a private sitting room with another TV – perfect for a relaxing evening in. Even on a rainy day, there's plenty to do inside, with a home gym, library, office, and a full game room equipped with ping pong, foosball, darts, and a piano. The beautiful landscaping around the house leads to the shallow, sandy swimming access off the dock, which can hold up to a 20' boat. The owner also provides 2 kayaks and 4 paddle boards for you to explore the 346 acre pond. When you're not in the water, relax in one of the two lakeside hammocks or enjoy the views from the screened porch. In the evenings, unwind around one of the outdoor fire pits, complete with tons of outdoor seating, a propane fire pit, and a traditional wood-burning fire pit on the patio. Renters will also have access to the oversized garage with space for 2 cars.
