Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location, close to lots of shops and more. Clean and had the right amenities to live and cook with/for a small family. Apartment seems to be renovated recently.
Negative: Walls are a bit thin and neighbour noise is a thing, but if you can use earplugs it’s fine. I had no issue with it, but it may be a dealbreaker for others. The apartment itself is in a building frequented or inhabited by people with diverse cultural backgrounds. Last, it’s not necessarily a walking distance to the seashore but doable nevertheless. Best to have a car though.
Summary: Great value for money if not too pretentious
