Positive: The best thing about this place is its location on Garda.Location near big supermarket and bus stop, swimming pool on the territory, two bathrooms in the apartments.

Negative: Here’s our sad experience, when booking the room, the description mentioned the terrace, It didn't say that the room was on the 2nd floor, and it was critically important for us to have a ground-floor room since we were traveling with an elderly person. The listing deliberately concealed the road view and was misleading, giving a false impression of the surroundings. However, upon check-in, we were given a room on the second floor, which from the parking lot side is actually the fourth floor. The elevator in the building was broken, and it was extremely difficult for our grandmother to climb the stairs. In addition, there is construction going on right across from the apartments near the pool, but the owner failed to mention this or show it in the photos. The worst part, however, was that the room was infested with ants and cockroaches. Judging by the fact that the owner had left us a jar of insect poison, it seems they were aware of the issue. Are we supposed to be carrying out pest control ourselves while on vacation? We immediately filed a complaint, but no one responded. On Monday, when we were checking out, we received a message simply asking us to return the keys, completely ignoring all our complaints. I believe the price is far too high, even considering the freshly painted walls and clean bedding.I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I cannot stay silent about this injustice and the way the listing completely failed to match what was promised.
