Our Backyard has everything you need to have an incredible time - Outdoor dining table, outdoor TV, Fire Pit, Cornhole & Other Games, plenty of fenced in grass to let the kiddos run around & a Propane Grill to cook up a meal the family will love!
★PELOTON & FITNESS EQUIPMENT★
We have a Peloton Bike and some adjustable Bike Pedels that will allow you to do the biking portion of the Peloton workout in your regular tennis shoes - not interested in biking.....no problem, there are several other workouts available including Yoga and Strength Classes....we have 2 yoga mats and 2 Adjustable Bowflex Weights (up to 45 lbs each) so you can stay fit even while eating that delicious Texas BBQ!
★PLAYGROUND★
There is an awesome playground for the kiddos right next to the house - you will have access to this but please make sure to be respectful of the other families that live in the community at all times. You will also have access to the basketball court but won't have access to the Pool or fitness center as those are for residents only but there is still plenty of fun to be had!
★LAUNDRY ROOM★
We have a large Washer & Dryer that you will have access to for your personal laundry.
★RESTAURANTS★
There are a lot of restaurants within a 10-minute drive + several delivery options - we will provide recommendations for our favorite places to eat/drink/explore in the area and in nearby Austin!
In an effort to be good neighbors, please keep the outdoor volume reasonable after 10PM or move the fun indoors.

You'll have Lightning Fast Wifi throughout the house (300 Megabytes Per Second - aka plenty fast for any streaming, zoom calls, etc.), 5 Smart TVs, Cable, high end cookware, full washer/dryer, and much more.....this place is AMAZING, just check out the photos!

✖For your security, we have Outdoor Security Cameras in the front of the home *Your privacy is extremely important to us - The cameras record audio and video but we don’t watch the footage unless we get a complaint or property is damaged.
✖Sadly we can't have any trailers (boat, storage etc.) in the neighborhood for more than 2 hours per HOA Rules - please leave the trailers at home - Thanks!
