The community has a beautiful heated pool, spa, work-out facilities and grounds. It's walking distance to The Westin Kierland golf course, spa and fantastic shopping at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter is nearby. This condo has it all for your adult trip or family fun. We allow small friendly dogs.

~ Guests must follow all of the HOA rules for the community amenities. Rules are posted. 1 key fob is provided for guest access to the pool and fitness center. If lost, replacement fee is $50.
Garage - guests have full access to the garage during their stay. We use the MyQ app to give guest access to the garage if they choose to download the app. Guests are also permitted to park in the parking spots in front of the property
Check-in
-Guests will be able to access the house with their own personalized access code, this code is sent prior to check-in and becomes active at check-in time and expires at check-out time. If guest would like to use the MyQ app to access the garage, the app will be sent to guests.
Recording/monitoring device cameras on the property in the front of the house (nest Doorbell) which monitors the front door, and sidewalk. The camera records motion, audio, and video 24/7. Our cameras are for the protection of our home. If tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate the property without refund of stay.
Please note ~ This is a NON-SMOKING property. We do not allow smoking or vaping inside or outside of the house.
Cleaning ~ we are using up-to-date cleaning protocols as recommended by the CDC and AirBnB. All surfaces of the house are sanitized, linens sanitized, and extra cleaning products are on hand for the guests.

Guest Access:
Guest have use of the entire condo and community amenities including heated community pool, BBQ grills and work out gym area.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the condo is on the 2nd floor of the building. The garage is on the 1st floor as is the front door. There is an indoor staircase to climb located inside the front door. The condo is unfortunately not handicap accessible. We do have a baby gate located in the primary bedroom that can be placed at the top of the stairs to keep little kids from falling down the stairs.
Additional rules:
By booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules:
-The primary guest must be present. No sub-letting allowed. We prefer the primary guest to be over the age of 25.
-No parties, events or large gatherings allowed. Please respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
-The maximum sleeping occupancy of the condo is 6 pre-registered guests and the maximum daytime occupancy is 10 guests (between 8am-10pm).
-Check in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, this is not guaranteed especially during peak season.
-No smoking of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the property, no illegal substances allowed on the property. There is a $400 fee if any guests smoke inside the house.
-We allow small well behaved dogs at the property (max weight of 40 pounds per our HOA). There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Guests must follow the HOA rules and keep pets leashed and accompany the pet while in the common areas. Guests must pick up dog waste immediately and dispose of in the dumpsters located around the community. guests should not let the dogs bark for extended time. No aggressive pets will be allowed.
-Swimming is at your own risk, we are not liable for any incidents that may happen in regards to the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty and all guests must follow all of the HOA's posted rules. Failure to follow the HOA rules could result in early termination of your reservation with no refund.
- Per HOA rules, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the pool area or at the pool.
-Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition it was received.
-Guest will report any damage to the host before check-out, additional charges will apply for any damages that occur.

-Primary guests must be age 25 years or over and be at the property for the duration of the stay.
- Guest must use the key fob (located in the unit) to access the pool and work-out facility. Lost key fob cost $150.
-No parties, events or large gatherings allowed. No unregistered guests allowed at the property, any guests of the registered guests will need prior approval from the property host. A $250 per person charge will be accessed for any unregistered guest on the property.
-There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.
-No smoking/vaping or drugs allowed inside or anywhere on the property. A $250 fee will be assessed if guests are smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
-Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
-There is security camera on the property at the front door. The camera is used to ensure only registered guests and service providers are on the property. They record motion, audio and video 24/7, if tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate without refund of stay.
