All properties are equipped with noise and occupancy monitoring devices, strictly monitoring the decibel level and do not record any sound, and exterior cameras to monitor the entryways of the property, which can and will include the back yard when applicable. Quiet hours unless otherwise stated are from 9 PM until 7 AM. Any attempts to disarm or disable these devices, which also includes the wifi, will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
If pets are allowed, what kind of pets, and how many will be stated by property and if you have any questions please ask ahead of booking. Failure to disclose a pet or pets even for pet friendly units will result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Pet waste need to be picked up and placed in a sealed container/bag before disposing of it in an exterior trash can. Do not bring pet waste into the unit. Any additional costs for cleaning or picking up after pets will be charged back to guests.
