Our guest house is designed to cater to all your needs. Work remotely upstairs in the bedroom behind a closed door, or relax and catch up on your favorite shows downstairs.
The living room boasts a 70" smart TV and all-new furnishings. Our fully-stocked kitchen has a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and blender, and also a stackable washer/dryer. Enjoy breakfast in the eat-in kitchen with seating for two, or gather around the counter height dining area with room for more in the living room. Step outside and bask in the sunshine on the charming front porch.
Upstairs there is a spacious king-size bedroom with a walk-in closet, a 43-inch TV and workstation, and a full bathroom with ample storage. Stay cool with central AC downstairs and an additional window AC in the bedroom.
This two-floor attached guest house features the king bedroom and bathroom on the second floor, with a full/twin bunk bed downstairs. Living and dining are also on the first floor. Enter the home through a private entrance on the back porch at the end of the driveway. The driveway easily fits three cars and is for your exclusive use.
Our guest house is a non-smoking and pet-free property. You 'll have full and private access to the guest house during your stay. Please note that there might be other guests staying in the front unit, which shares an adjacent wall with the kitchen.
Within a mere five-minute walk, you'll find the Cole park pier and skate park, and a short trip will take you to the beautiful McGee beach. You'll also be close to the finest downtown restaurants and marina attractions, making your stay in Corpus Christi truly unforgettable.
Guest Access:
Please park on the driveway, and walk towards the back of the building. The guest house entrance is at the back through the porch.
No need to worry about keys, as you'll receive a unique code to access the smart lock.
