Fully equipped with pots, pans, knives, silverware, baking sheets, cutting boards, glass bakeware, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, measuring cups, storage containers, toaster, foil, wrap, ziplock bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, wipes, dish cloths, potholders, bowls, plates, salad plates, wine glasses, juice glasses, glasses, spices and condiments. We also have a coffee bar, Keurig machine, Starbucks coffees, Starbucks decaf coffees, herbal teas, several different flavored creamers, raw sugar and honey sticks. Large walk in pantry.

🔹 MASTER BEDROOM features a king sized bed, brand new memory foam mattress, wall mounted Smart TV, electronic shades, ceiling fan, en'suite bathroom with a double shower, walk in closet and built in drawers for ample storage.
🔹 BEDROOM #2 has a king size bed, brand new memory foam mattress, night tables, cozy closet with a luggage rack, plenty of hangers for your clothing, and electronic shades.
🔹 BEDROOM #3 has 2 double beds with brand new memory foam mattresses, night table, wall mounted Smart TV, Pack & Play Playpen, large closet with a fold down work table, luggage racks, plenty of hangers for all your belongings, electronic shades and ceiling fan.
🛁 FULL GUEST BATHROOM has a bathtub shower combo, plenty of towels and toiletries.
HOUSE RULES ✔️
1. Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
2. Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on patio and game room. Smoking violations are subject to a $500 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Neighborhood quiet time is 9 pm.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
6. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy will result in a fine of $500. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
7. Jax Railway Cottage utilizes exterior security cameras at all home entries. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the unit to monitor excessive noise levels.
8. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to owners immediately.
9. Guests have 2 hours after check in to report any issues with the unit, so they may be rectified immediately, there will be no refunds after that allotted time.
10. Must be 25 years and older to book our listing.
11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and removal from property with no refund.
12. Picture ID required at booking with acknowledgment of house rules.
