Positive: Loved the location, loved the house.
Negative: At arrival the house had not been cleaned. All the bedding and bathrooms had to be cleaned. Check in is already 4pm. They sent cleaners but I already had started cleaning and washing bedding and had taken the garbage out. Cleaners were there for two hours, while I was in the house, since I had to cook for family that was coming over for dinner. Once the cleaners left, I noticed they didn’t leave any soap in bathrooms for waging hands, sundries for showers, dishwashing soap or dishwasher pods. I ended up having to go to store night before Thanksgiving to grab those necessities. I was credited $100 but didn’t feel that was enough for the inconvenience.
Summary: We recovered from rough start, however, it would have been nice to have had a much better experience
