Positive: Excellent location near the train station and pedestrian street. Modern and well equipped and the White building seemed well maintained. Good washing machine, induction stove, good internet and large TV. Underground garage, although I did not have a car, but I kept my bicycle there. The landlord came to give me the keyes and also took good care of my wellbeing during the stay. Neighbours greeted me in the hallway, which does not always happen in the short term rentals.
Negative: Difficult to adjust the temperature, and therefore it was all the time little above my comfort zone. No overhead cupboards in the kitchen, therefore plates and cooking pots were stores in awkward places that requred some acrobatics to come by.
Summary: Rented for two weeks for work, excellent location and comfortable to be always relaxed before the next workday.
