Welcome to our Kpop Themed 1 bedroom condo unit, where your love for Kpop and comfort meets! This beautifully designed condo unit is the perfect retreat for fans of the Kpop/ Kdrama genre, featuring unique and tasteful decorations that showcase your favorite idols and groups.
As you step into our Kpop oasis, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area, featuring a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV equipped with cable and streaming services for you to catch up on the latest Kpop news, concerts or the hottest Kdrama series. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick snack or a full meal to enjoy while you take in the stunning city view from our floor-to-ceiling windows.
The bedroom is a Kpop lover's dream. You'll feel like a Kpop superstar as you get ready for the day in our fully stocked bathroom and a spacious shower.
We ensure high standard for cleaning & sanitation! This 1 BR unit which can transform into a 1 BR w/ divider (no locks) with queen-sized bed and a sleeper sofa to sleep up to 4 so you & your guests can sleep comfortably! We care about comfortability for all our guests, so count on it that even your furry pal can also sleep comfortably on the dog bed (one out of the many pet amenities we provide!).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need. Appliances for absolute convenience such as coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, blender, microwave and more! If there's anything apart from the basics that you need to cook the delicious menu for your stay, we're a message away! The best part, you get to enjoy freshly made coffee on us!
Coffee maker takes beans or ground coffee. We provide fresh coffee beans for the perfect caffeine fix. You are welcome to bring your own!

- For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3.

- $19 fee/night for each additional guest beyond # of guests booked past 10 pm
EARLY CHECK-IN:

Check-in earlier than 1PM is only allowed if the listing has been vacant and no guest is going to checkout the same day of the check-in.
LATE CHECK-OUT:
- $10 (subject to availability)
- $55 fee for unauthorized late checkout
NO SMOKING OR NO VAPING:
- $90 per day smoking fine for odor remediation
NO LOUD NOISE PAST 10 PM:
- $90 fee for failure to tone down noise after a neighbor's complaint and/or not following the request to vacate premises
PET RULES:
- CONTACT US with a dog description before booking (breed, weight)
- Please let us know if your sweet dog needs doggie toys, bowls, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $60 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $10 per night
- Limited to 1 small dog (below 40 lbs. each)
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on ANY FURNITURE
- Leaving your dog unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay additional amounts shall this occur
- If excessive pet noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors you must quiet the situation or $55 per day fine.
**NO CATS ALLOWED**
**Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $100 fine and vacating the premises**
