Positive: Great location with view of the rocks. Warm and scrupulously clean. We didn't meet the owner, but he made all necessary arrangements for us. No complaints!

Negative: The bed was a bit firm, but not uncomfortable. The cats outside were missing their owner/food (we presume!) who was away
