Located just 12 minutes north of Portland International airport, our "Kozy Condo" offers a clean and comfortable stay in a quiet, close-in neighborhood with off-street parking.
Our spacious 1168 sqft condo features a private patio, making it ideal for longer stays. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our neighborhood while still being only a short distance from downtown Portland, downtown Vancouver, and the beautiful new waterfront. With multiple stores and restaurants nearby, many within walking distance, you'll have everything you need within reach.
We take pride in providing a professionally cleaned and sanitized space for each and every guest. Our "Kozy Condo" boasts two queen beds with plush fresh sheets and linens, making for a comfortable night's sleep. Guests also receive a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks upon arrival.
With beautifully decorated spaces and modern furnishings, our condo offers a bright and inviting atmosphere. Guests can take advantage of all the amenities of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Our kitchen is stocked with complete glassware, dinnerware, cookware, and cutlery. Complementary Wi-Fi and Netflix are also included for your entertainment.
Guests will have total access to our home during their stay. We encourage communication through the Airbnb app, and our host is always available for urgent matters. Our keyless entry system with a provided code makes check-in and check-out a breeze.
For our guests' convenience, our "Kozy Condo" is located close to bus lines to Portland, downtown Vancouver, or the Vancouver Mall. It's also a short 15 minutes from the Portland International Airport (PDX) and PeachHealth Hospital in Vancouver, WA.

* QUIET TIME : The house quiet time is 10pm to 6am. If you are enjoying the back porch or the yard, please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down.
* SMOKING : There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking anywhere inside the house an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be accessed. Smoking is allowed on the back porch. Please be sure nearby doors and windows are closed so that smoke does not drift into the house and be sure to properly dispose of cigarette butts in the trash (not in the yard!)
* PETS: Although we are pet lovers ourselves, we do not allow pets in this facility.
* SHOES: Please remove shoes indoors. Slippers provided for your comfort. Keep them, they are yours.
* DAMAGES: If anything is damaged or broken, please let us know. We are very understanding but don’t like surprises.
* GUESTS: Please be sure all adult guests are registered while making your reservation. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
