Summary: Property was as described but kitchen was missing a few essentials. Wouldn’t have more than 6 people here. One of the toilet seats was broken and dangerous, reported on arrival but still not repaired when leaving 2 weeks later. Was missing the welcome pack that included check out details. BIG ALERT - didn’t get damage deposit back despite repeated asking. Had to do a bank chargeback. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
