In the basement, you'll find a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and bicycle storage.
This charming villa sits on an enclosed 2,800m² plot with parking for 5 vehicles. The grounds boast various terraces and cozy sitting areas, including a covered terrace with a large dining table and gas barbecue near the kitchen, and a second terrace at the front of the villa. The 16.5m by 4.5m spring water swimming pool, fenced for safety, can be heated in May, June, and September upon request. Eight sunbeds, a pool house with a sitting area, bar, toilet, and shower, a petanque court, ping-pong table, and charcoal barbecue complement the outdoor amenities.
