The exterior of the property is the ideal spot to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The private chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 3 x 6.5 m and a depth range of between 1.2 and 1.9 m, will undoubtedly be the star of the show. All around you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and two porches perfectly furnished and equipped for you to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions at any time of the year. Please note that, due to its location in the village, this house has neighbours nearby.
Distributed on two floors and tastefully decorated, the interior of the house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a beautiful living room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a kitchen with dining area, ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, a bedroom with AC and two single beds, and two bathrooms with shower, including one outside. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the other three bedrooms, all of them with AC. Two of them have two single beds each, while the third one has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. A separate bathroom with bathtub completes this floor. In addition to air conditioning, there is oil central heating throughout the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
This beautiful villa is located in Palmanyola, a small and charming village with a natural environment and a privileged enclave, as it is very close to Palma, the island's capital, as well as to beautiful villages of the Serra de Tramuntana such as Valldemossa or Sóller. You can visit the latter by taking the 19th century railway with exquisitely preserved wooden carriages. The route offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Serra de Tramuntana and will take you through tunnels, valleys and breathtaking landscapes that will take your breath away. Once in Sóller, you can explore its charming old town, visit the cathedral and delight in discovering the delicious local gastronomy. If you fancy a day of sun and sand, the nearest beach is the Garden City. With golden sand and clear waters, this will be the perfect place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the sea breeze. In addition to these options, you can also explore other nearby places, such as the Natural Park of Bellver, the port of Port de Sóller or the beaches of the bay of Palma, such as Cala Major or Illetas.
