Positive: Clean, comfortable, spacious & modern with kitchen and balcony. Lots of food outlets around.
Negative: Listing on Booking.com says there is a 24 hour reception desk. There's no reception desk! Entry by Key lock box. Having to pay security fee (no one else charges this) on DAY of arrival & ON the street after a long travel day, hill hike to get to accommodation in sun or rain! ! Led to believe that B.Com makes payment as they do with room cost. No, you make payment & I was very worried wouldn't work as some sites need a 2 step verification, they text code to your home cell registered with your bank (you have to visit them to change it) ... But I'm using a travel sim! Sleep n South (managers for the property, allowed me to pay day before arrival, thankfully, and it worked)! But I had to message them for entry info 5pm on arrival day as hadn't received anything & given wrong door code. So not stress free & as a solo female traveller I like to get luggage & me into accommodation well before their check-in time of 5pm if possible (everyone else has 3pm). Also annoying couldn't find light in hallway to see key box numbers so had to use cell (number incorrect so extra stressful). Light seems on timer from switch on ground floor! Otherwise a good place to stay but could do with a few more basics: chopping board, sharp non serrated knife, bowls for soup/cereal, nonstick spatula for fry pan, kitchen towel, battery for walk clock. Easy fixes (plus check in 3pm & no security fee)!
