Please note that bus services are not very frequent and end around ten in the evening. Taxi services are also available but not always easily found in the area. From Como, it is easy to travel by train to Milan and Switzerland (Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno). There are also public ferries departing from the Como dock in the city center to other locations around the lake. The nearest airports are Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, and Orio Al Serio in Bergamo.
