The apartment is in La Azohia which is a small village, La Azohia is a lovely area.
The apartment has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. And is ideal for a quiet break away at any time. It has stunning views from the kitchen and lounge windows and the roof terrace, the sunsets are mostly fantastic.
The large marble breakfast bar comfortably seats 4 people also enabling a large preparation area.
There is English tv, sky box, DVD player, CD for your entertainment.
There is a travel cot provided but you will need to bring own bedding for this.
We have also fitted baby safety gate on top of solarium, which also has a barbecue, sun beds, table and chairs. Together with gazebo for the hotter days.

Para unas fantásticas "vacaciones en familia en España" ya solo 500 metros de la playa. The bedrooms both have air con, twin beds. Linen and towels are provided at the beginning of stay and there is a washing machine for your use.

El Pinar de San Gines in La Azohia is in a much sought after location set in an area of pine trees in which there are many private superb villas. La Azohia is totally unspoilt and Spanish. At the back of the apartments are the mountains. The next village is Isla Plana 5mins away with good beaches restaurant and bars. The nearest town is Puerto de Mazarron 10mins drive and supermarkets can be found there.
The area is very quiet and still Spanish, there are a few tapas bars and restaurants but mostly unspoilt by tourism.
The apartment has access to two pool's and is less than 500m from the unspoilt and mostly sandy beach which slopes gently into the sea where the water is crystal clear, the depth at a distance 20/30m is still only about 3 or 4 feet. There is a walkway from which you can walk over the beach to Isla Plana, about 35mins, where there is a waterfront Spanish bar/social cub open to all serving cool beers/drinks and tapas plus superb views.

'This apartment is great and a lovely place to stay. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed,. The owners obviously take great care and provide several extras. The bottle of wine, water and milk on arrival was a nice touch! The place was spotless too. The spacious roof terrace is a great place to sit and soak up the sun and admire the views. The area was very quiet and peaceful. '
