On Lake Como close to Varenna and Bellagio, a small holiday house of 65 m2 situated in the upper part of the village of Lierna in a narrow cobbled street in a historical area . Access is on foot from the street only a few steps away.
Parking is available on the street. From the house you can access a network of paths which criss-cross the mountain behind the village, such as the 'Sentiero del viandante' in the Grigna Group. In a few minutes on foot it's possible to reach the railway station, the beaches on the lake and the village shops. By train and ferries it's possible to visit any sites along the Lake as well as Milan, Bergamo, St. Moritz and beyond. The house is on three floors connected by a spiral staircase. On the ground floor there's a big kitchen with dining area, well equipped with a fridge, oven and television. On the first floor there's a double bedroom and bathroom with shower and on the 2nd floor another small room with two other beds and a nice balcony mountains view. There is a cellar where you can put bikes , wind or kite surf equipment etc. The owners who live 100 m away from the house will be happy to help you in anyway they can and assure you of a very warm welcome .
