Welcome to Hatillo, Puerto Rico. La Casa del Coqui is located just 5mins away from the beach. This house is located in the neighborhood of Villas del Carmen. This is a very lively and fun neighborhood. Family oriented and friendly neighbors. You’ll definitely have a unique experience. If your looking for peace and quiet unfortunately this won’t be the place for you.
House is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has a full size bed, big closets, hangers, iron, and dressers for storage. The living room offers 2 futons for extra guest, a 55in smart tv with Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ for the kids. WiFi is provided. Washer and dryer are also provided. A 6 burner gas stove, pots, pans, dishes, full size refrigerator, microwave and a 6 in 1 coffee machine serves Coffee, Tea, Latte and Cappuccino Maker, Compatible With K-Cup Pods & Ground Coffee, and milk frother. Every room has a ceiling fan and a portable fan. The ONLY A/C UNIT IS IN THE FRONT BEDROOM AND BACK BEDROOM But the house stand high enough on a small hill that when you open up all the back windows and the windows in the back door there’s a cool and strong breeze that comes through the home that sometimes you don’t even need the fans on.
House also has a private car port for guest to park their cars. You can also park on the sidewalk not the street. Streets are pretty narrow for parking so everyone parks on the sidewalk.
Some neighbors have horses and sometimes your able to hear them at night, dogs barking, roosters, and some loud music in cars when they drive by.
