Positive: It was very kind for the host to meet me at the house (so late (my Easyjet flight was delayed by 1 1/2 hours and a further 45 minutes by taxi). She brought me breakfast in the morning as I'd had no evening food due to the late arrival. As I was a solo traveller with no car she offered to give me a lift into Senigallia a couple of times during my stay. A lovely host, very kind.
Negative: It is important to advise guests that whilst the view is beautiful, it is rather marred by the noisy motorway running past not far away. Obviously this isn't any fault of the kind host but it would be an issue for a light sleeper needing the bedroom window open. I'd hoped it was nearer to the centre of Senigallia, unfortunately this wasn't a walkable distance, particularly in the heat or late in the evening.
