Positive: We stayed at the leftmost apartment. There was enough space, the beds were rather comfortable, it was good to have two bathrooms, the air conditioning also worked as heating, it was nice to have breakfast on the private terrace and the sea view from the upstairs balcony was unbeatable. The apartment is just a couple of metres from a beautiful and very clean beach - fine sand, turquoise water, and pine trees. The beaches just carry on, in both directions, one after another. The nearby town Orosei has some good restaurants and cafes, and several lovely artisanal jewellery shops. There are good local restaurants and cafes also closer to the apartment. The host was very welcoming and friendly, and reacts quickly in case of probems.
Negative: Just a couple of minor things - the upstairs balcony wooden doors were difficult to open; it would be nice to have some balcony furniture, maybe a couple of chairs (the terrace had enough furniture); it could be useful to air the apartment and especially the wardrobes before the season starts (apparently, we were the first guests of the season and the wardrobes and drawers smelled quite stale).
