Security deposit of 500 € by check will be requested on arrival (not cashed) and returned between 7 to 10 days after your departure.
If you wish to do the cleaning yourself, a cash deposit of € 160 will be required on arrival. This sum (160 €) will be returned to you at the exit after verification.

The property is located in Tamerville, in a very quiet little road, not overlooked, 2 min from Valognes (RN 13 trunk roads which connects Cherbourg - Caen).
It is very well placed and close to the main axes:

- 3h30 from Paris
Tamerville is 15 minutes from the sea and the beautiful landing beaches, 15 minutes from St Vaast la Hougue (Tatihou Island, Vauban towers: Unesco world heritage, Gosselin delicatessen ...), 20 minutes from the port of Barfleur (elected 3rd most beautiful village in France).
Valognes is a pretty town nicknamed "le petit Versailles Normand", 15 minutes south of Cherbourg. Close to St Vaast la Hougue Barfleur, Barneville, Carteret on the other coast and La Hague. Perfect for visiting and strolling on foot or by bicycle.
DESCRIPTION OF THE GITE LA DUCKFLY:
This huge Norman property that La Clef Decamp offers you is made up of 5 separate lodgings, which you can rent together or individually. You will have no promiscuity and no neighbors. Each cottage has a private entrance with its parking, its own terrace and flower garden without vis-à-vis.
This old barn of 200m², renovated with quality materials, has been transformed into a luxurious and comfortable gîte. The Duckfly can accommodate 15 people with its 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
- The ground floor consists of a 26m² living room with a picture window opening onto the terrace, flat screen with home cinema, LG sound tower, sofas and armchairs. Light games and karaoke will enliven your evenings. The living room opens onto the 50m² dining room (70m² reception room) with 6 tables, chairs and upholstered benches for 40 to 50 seats.
The living room and dining room (reception room) open onto the terrace with garden furniture, table, parasol, two large Weber barbecues, table tennis table ... You will dine opposite the garden (large picture window) and the huge fireplace.
The 15m² kitchen with storage consists of a bar, large sink, cooking piano with 5-burner hob + 1 4-burner gas hob, 2 large refrigerators with freezers, dishwasher, coffee maker (classic with filter and capsule) Senseo), microwave and toaster. A reserve for provisions is accessible next to the kitchen.
An independent WC and 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor:

The space is composed:
