This super 4 bedroom villa with a south facing terrace and private pool is located in La Manga Club Resort on the north side with views over the mountains.
The villa is on two floors, upstairs you will find the main bedroom with a balcony overlooking the mountains where you can sit and have a morning coffee. There is a second bedroom on this floor with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bath and shower.The lower floor is the hub of the villa with a large lounge/dining area with patio doors out onto the large terrace and pool area. Off the dining area you will find the large kitchen with two ovens, island and all the modern appliances you would need. From the kitchen and the lounge/diner you have access to the terrace with outside dining, BBQ, chill out sofas, sunbeds and the private pool. This outside area has views of the mountains and is south facing but if you need some shade it also has two covered areas. The third and fourth bedrooms are located up a few steps from the lounge, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower as well as separate toilet.
