Charming little cottage nested between the mountains and the sea. This one bed house is a traditional farm house originally used during the olive picking season, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing short break or holiday. As you start your journey through a pine forest you will be enchanted by the beautiful surroundings. It is close to a large selection of beaches (20mis), Delta Ebre, park national Del Ports which offers many walking or cycling routes and the river Ebre for fishing and cayaking.
The finca is located 10mins drive from the village of El Perello, which is half road half dirt track, i would recommend a car to come here. I have a spare car that i can rent out to guests over 25 years and i can organise airport or train station transfers.
The cottage comes with a log fire. This property is fully off grid, it is powered with solar panels, we collect rain water and it has a composting toilet. The grey water is collected to water recently planted fruit trees.
There are 3 dogs and cats living on the property, pets are welcome on requests and free of charge. They can not be left at the property alone for long period of time.
