Summary: Upon arrival we were not greeted. The person at the front desk was welcoming. Upon entering the room the cleaning cart was the room and had to wait to get it removed from the room. The couches had stains on it, the mattress on the sofa bed was not clean and covered in stains. Could not use it if we wanted to due to no sheets or cover for it. The bathroom had mold above the shower. Did not let my son swim in the pool due to it looked like chemicals setting on top of the water.
