Summary: Grounds were beautiful and room was lovely. Biggest issue was request for stair free access was ignored and despite mobility issues had to climb approx 20 tiled steps on a staircase. This impacted my ability to join family on the day out. Worse still despite this a wine buying member of the public walked up the stairs and straight into our private room asking to use the bathroom as we were unloading the car. This was a bit unsettling as only 1 key (I stayed in locked room because you needed keys for gates too. Bit of a a mixed feeling because of these. Wine tasting was a good way to pass the late afternoon before dinner. 15€ per person tasting 3 wines.
