Easy access by car, you can park 1 vehicle in front of the property.
This lovely house is in the immediate vicinity of the cycle paths as well as the dike promenade which will take you to the Phare des Baleines in a few minutes on foot and to the beach about 200m away.
OUTSIDE:
The house has a large garden and a very quiet and pleasant sunny terrace: you can hear the sea from the garden.
Also easily accessible by bike, you can park your bikes on the property through an access at the back of the garden that leads directly to the dike.
