Positive: Keys from key box, so can arrive when want, do not have to meet up with hosts. Specious living room. Apartment had modern pleasant interior design. Probably recently renovated, looked brand new. Kitchen corner had all needed basic elements: tea kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery, etc. Clean apartment (only few liquid stains on kitchen cabinet doors and in bathroom). In bathroom, shower corner doors folded inside, which made bathroom spacious. Peaceful/quiet neighbourhood and building. 8 minute walk to grocery/supermarket. 9 minute walk to local buses bus stop. 20-25 minute walk to long distance bus stop. Pictures on Booking.com are correct. Price/quality ratio - due to serious lack of alternative accommodation options, the new property discount price was OK. In other situation even discount price would have not been good.

Negative: No WIFI or Internet. Private accommodation, not a hotel. Information about how to get apartment keys was sent only through Booking chat, no e-mail or SMS (maybe Booking error not to forward message, because later one message came as copy to e-mail). Information about how to get apartment keys came 2 hours after allowed earliest check in time, it was 3 hours before mentioned arrival time. Were already travelling there, so discomfort of not knowing in advance how to get keys. Location not the best, on outskirts of city, not in centre. Poor sound insulation. Peaceful building, not much movement, but when someone moved in the hall then sound was clearly hearable. Did not hear any sound from outside, because nothing happened there (living room and big bedroom windows were toward the yard). Constant sound of flowing water in bathroom behind washing machine. Probably laminate flooring (wood imitation, not real wood), it was cold when you were barefoot. There were no carpets. If there is a boiler, then it may be too small for several people to have a good shower (or there happened to be a temporary problem with hot water). No air conditioner (was not needed at that time).
