3 Bedroom Cottage in Cessnock City Council, Laguna

Modern country style cottage set on 112 acres with large shady trees and lovely gardens.
The property is 112 acres and there are plenty of bush walks available to guests, the pool is exclusive use for the guests, please bring your own pool towels. We are also the gateway to the Watagan Mountains and just a short drive to Wollombi township and Laguna Great Northern Trading Post.
Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom country home. Lovely outlooks, BBQ and pool.
All beds are pillow top and we use 100% cotton linen on all our beds.
Access is easy with direct tarred road so no need for 4wd and laundry complete with washing machine and tumble dryer.
We do allow dogs or pets, extra cleaning fee will be charged when you stay with your pets. WIFI is available and we are using Starlink, which is great. Mobile service is not available.
We have an outdoor fire pit for guests use and we are happy to supply some wood for the fire.
Please clean the BBQ stove after using it.
Please remove shoes when in the house.
Please turn down the volume at night time as there may be guests live in the back house.
To allow time to clean and reset the property if we have consecutive bookings our check in and check out is standard as below.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Laguna. The spa was great and the house is wonderful. Unfortunately we couldn’t take our dog on the walk through the property because the grass was overgrown. The walk through the property is only accessible from the cottage via the neighbour’s driveway because the separately rented out studio is at the back of the cottage. We didn’t realise from the listing how close the studio is to the cottage. It is separated by a fence which was useful given we and the other groups who stayed had dogs. The lawn surrounding the cottage is well maintained and our dog and children enjoyed running around on it.
