Ground floor you will find a large two car garage attached to a game room with a wet bar, pool table, ping pong table, 65-inch tv and lounge area.
Second floor you will find two bedrooms with the master including a king size bed, mounted tv, and master bath and the second bedroom including a queen bed and crib along with full bath and washer dryer. Open concept living features gourmet kitchen with large island, top of the line stainless steel appliances and lake view.
Third Floor: has two spacious bedrooms both including queen beds and bunk beds with full's on bottom to accommodate large families. The loft on third floor has beautiful lake views perfect for a yoga retreat …with two pull out couches and fun game closet.
Sliding doors lead out to large wrap around porch with lake views and perfect spot to watch sunset on brand new outdoor lounge furniture and outdoor dining. The Porches include ceiling fans to keep cool and bugs away at night. Grill for the family outside and use the solo stove for s’mores or adult hangout at night.
There is a Shared right of way to common beach area and access to larger private beach at the end of the road. Have the use of 2 kayaks and stand-up paddle board, Beach toys and a wagon.
This lake is one of NH's largest and most sought after! The home is in a No Wake Zone and close to the very popular sandbar. It is just a 5-minute walk to Winnisquam Marina to rent a boat for the week/day.
